Wow.  Where is my head at?  The template I’m using in iWeb defaults the title of each new blog entry to their template example, which has the title “Blue Bird Day”.  I misread it.

 

Anyway, there’s little exciting to mention today work-wise.  It was a very long day at the factory, but I think once again we really made some progress.  I hope we can continue.

 

One nice aspect of today’s workday was that the lunchtime food offerings (which always had at least a couple of dishes I liked) had some really delicious stuff in them, including a beef dish with plenty of garlic that was really yummy.  The pic above shows how the tables are set each day in the cafeteria (the chopsticks on the turntable are for serving).  Staff keep the plates full as the workers chow down.

 

The Chef at the hotel also introduced himself to me at dinner this evening.  I thought that was awfully nice.  He recognized that I had been there for quite awhile, and came over to say hello and insist that I should tell him if I had any problems or suggestions.  I couldn’t offer much, except to say that the food is great!
